Other Nokia N93 tips

To enable the Nokia N93 to display Japanese is relatively easy.

• Install Y-browser
• Inspect the Z:/Resource/Fonts/ folder with Y-browser.

  On a Central-European N93 you'll see the following files located in it:
  NOSNRS60.ttf
  NOSSBS60.ttf
  NOTSBS60.ttf
  S60ZDIGI.ttf

• From a Windows PC make a Resource/Fonts directory in the root of your microSD card used in the phone.
• Copy any ttf fonts to this directory and name them as the files in the above step. You should leave out the S60ZDIGI.ttf font, since this one is used for the N93 clock.
• Reboot the phone.

Upon reboot, the N93 will read the fonts on the microSD card and use them instead of the built-in fonts.

This should also work on other Series 60 version 3 phones, but haven't tested.
