To put the Jabra JX10 Gold bluetooth mobile phone headset into pairing mode / discovery mode, there is a tiny button on the back of the device.

Turn the device on and then press the tiny button, the blue light will stay on, indicating it's in pairing mode. You can then pair with your mobile phone.
